I have no doubts that you have the technical competence to complete the programming aspect of such a project to whatever standard is to your satisfaction. But if you would like to publish and sell such games there is still the very important other half of the equation - do you know if anyone is willing and able to assist you on the art and sound (and perhaps music)?
If you do not have sufficient confidence in your own abilities in such fields (and since I have not seen any of your work in such fields I cannot offer commendation or criticism) then I would recommend asking around.
